The AGM (Annual General Meeting) is scheduled for the 2nd Thursday of December each year (from 2025) and is followed by the December general meeting. Members will receive their AGM notice through their email address registered with the club.

All members are invited to attend all General Meetings and become involved in the Clubs’ activities.
